This project investigates two archaeological sites in Southern Italy from the Late Eneolithic period, utilizing advanced digital technologies alongside traditional methods. It aims to create 3D models of the sites to enhance understanding of cultural dynamics and promote public access to archaeological heritage.
The project aims to critically reread two key contexts of the Late Eneolithic in Southern Italy (2800-2200 BC) - Laterza and Gricignano d'Aversa - by integrating traditional archaeological methodologies and advanced digital technologies.
Although both sites have yielded material evidence of exceptional relevance, they lack a systematic critical review.
