This project focuses on editing and publishing the largest collection of Latin translations of Talmudic texts, examining their historical impact on Christian-Jewish relations. It aims to explore the significance of these translations in shaping religious identities and dialogues.
While polemics and dialogue between Judaism and Christianity are as old as the Christian religion itself, one can clearly distinguish different periods, trends and intensities in the relations between the faiths.
