This research project explores fundamental problems in arithmetic circuit complexity, focusing on proving lower bounds and developing efficient algorithms for polynomial identity testing. The outcomes aim to advance theoretical computer science by addressing key challenges in algebraic complexity.
The focus of our proposal is on arithmetic circuit complexity.
Arithmetic circuits are the most common model for computing polynomials, over arbitrary fields.
