This project investigates metastasis-initiating cells in tumors, focusing on their unique lipid metabolism and sensitivity to dietary fats. It aims to understand how these cells promote metastasis and their response to high-fat diets, using advanced models and analyses in melanoma, oral, and breast cancer.
