LIQUIDMASS aims to develop a high-throughput mass spectrometry technique for analyzing single proteins in their native state, overcoming limitations of current methods. This innovative approach will enhance understanding of protein interactions and conformations, with applications in disease research.
Although mass spectrometry has brought about major advancements in proteomics in the last decade, protein mass spectrometers still have important limitations.
