This project investigates how information and communication technology can transform scientific publishing into a more dynamic and evolving format, termed Liquid Publication. The goal is to enhance the dissemination of innovative ideas and improve the evaluation of scientific knowledge.
This project explores how ICT and the lessons learned from the social Web can be applied to provide a radical paradigm shift in the way scientific knowledge is created, evaluated, and maintained.
