This project investigates the mechanisms of lymph node remodelling, focusing on fibroblastic reticular cells and their role in immune responses. It aims to understand how these cells change during lymph node expansion and how homeostasis is restored after immune activation.
Lymph node swelling is a classical hallmark of immunity.
