LoCEL-H2 addresses energy poverty in developing regions by providing renewable energy solutions and clean fuels. The project focuses on community needs, integrating innovative hydrogen-based technologies and decentralized microgrids to empower local populations sustainably.
Many communities in developing regions suffer disproportionately from energy poverty and the effects of climate change.
Females in these communities face additional threats, including exposure to harmful cooking emissions.
