This project focuses on developing a new method for attaching toxins to therapeutic antibodies for cancer treatment. By using enzymatic processes, the project aims to create more effective and stable antibody-drug conjugates, improving cancer therapy outcomes.
Therapeutic antibodies have transformed cancer therapy during the last decade, due to their high selectivity of targeting cancer cells in comparison to standard small molecule chemotherapy.
