This project develops a dynamic macroeconomic model that incorporates the banking sector to better analyze financial crises. It aims to provide policymakers with tools to evaluate intervention strategies and their effects on the economy.
The current financial crisis raises fundamental questions concerning macroeconomics, banking stability, and economic policy.
