The MAGIC project focuses on developing sustainable industrial crops on marginal lands by creating a comprehensive database of crop characteristics and a Decision Support System for farmers. It aims to identify optimal crop species and practices to enhance resource efficiency and economic viability in agriculture.
Industrial Crops can provide valuable resources for high added value products and bioenergy. MAGIC aims to promote the sustainable development of resource-efficient and economically profitable industrial crops grown on marginal lands.
