MAGNETALLIEN focuses on developing innovative magnetic materials for generating spin currents at sub-terahertz frequencies. The project aims to enhance energy efficiency in data processing and transfer by exploring new architectures based on spintronics.
Limiting power consumption for massive data while increasing data processing speed and transfer rates requires the development of innovative architectures for logic, memory, and hyper frequencies applications.
