This project explores late medieval court cultures across Europe, focusing on the interplay of music, literature, and visual arts. By examining cultural performances and their social contexts, it aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of courtly life during this period.
Late medieval European court cultures have traditionally been studied from a mono-disciplinary and national(ist) perspective.
