This project focuses on enhancing air traffic management by integrating automatic speech recognition technology. It aims to reduce misunderstandings between pilots and automated systems by adapting speech recognition models to various environments using machine learning, thus improving communication efficiency.
One of the main causes hampering the introduction of higher levels of automation in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) world is the intensive use of spoken language as the natural way of communication.
