The MEDIRAS project focuses on developing solar-powered desalination systems using Membrane Distillation technology. These systems aim to provide reliable and cost-effective solutions for water scarcity in regions with high sunlight, integrating potable water disinfection for health safety.
The overall objective of the MEDIRAS project is the development and demonstration of cost effective and very reliable solar driven desalination systems for water scarcity affected regions with high insolation.
