This project investigates how metabolism influences the behavior of pluripotent stem cells, which can develop into any cell type. It aims to understand the interplay between metabolism, gene expression, and epigenetics to enhance regenerative medicine applications.
Pluripotent Stem cells (PSCs) can give rise to all differentiated cells of the body and the germ line, which makes them conceptually fascinating and a valuable tool for regenerative medicine.
