This project investigates how root-knot nematodes infect plants, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of parasitism. It aims to identify specific DNA motifs that regulate the expression of proteins involved in the nematode's infection process.
My proposal aims to understand how root-knot nematodes cause disease in the host plant.
