The MIDAS project aims to create an automated testing framework for Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) as a cloud-based service. It encompasses all aspects of testing, including generation, execution, and evaluation, focusing on improving the reliability of services in various application domains.
The subject of this proposal is a three year project whose objective is an integrated framework for SOA testing automation that will be available as a Platform as a Service (PaaS) on a cloud infrastructure.
The framework spans all the testing activities: test generation, execution, evaluation, planning and scheduling, on the functional, interaction, fault tolerance, security and usage-based testing aspects.
