MobiWeb2.0 aims to enhance mobile web access in Europe by addressing usability and interoperability challenges. The project focuses on developing mobile Web 2.0 applications using advanced technologies to improve user experience and stimulate demand for high-speed mobile data traffic.
There is an enormous potential for growth in mobile Web access in Europe: 1.7 billion mobile phone subscribers in the world own a phone capable of browsing the Web.
