This project investigates the molecular mechanisms of Rho-associated protein kinase in the context of pulmonary arterial hypertension. It aims to identify conformational changes induced by drug candidates to discover new therapeutic targets for improved treatment.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) is a life-threatening condition; even if treated, patients only have a 5-year survival rate of less than 60%.
