MULTIFUNSOME seeks to enhance treatment for triple negative breast cancer by using a targeted drug delivery system. It combines an anti-Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor antibody with thermoresponsive liposomes to deliver chemotherapy and magnetic nanoparticles for improved therapeutic efficacy.
