This project focuses on how the brain integrates sensory information to create a coherent perception of the world. Using zebrafish larvae, it aims to study the neural circuits involved in multisensory processing and their implications for cognitive functions.
Our brain needs to constantly fuse sensory information detected by our multiple senses in order to produce a seamless coherent representation of the world.
