This project investigates how lipid nanoparticles can be used to reprogram immune cells in tumors to enhance cancer treatment. It focuses on understanding the interaction between these nanoparticles and myeloid cells to improve immune responses against tumors.
Persistent inflammation during tumorigenesis drives myelopoiesis.
