During my ERC starting grant project, my lab has identified small molecule inhibitors that inhibit the proliferation of MYB-dependent leukemia cell lines.
In this proof of concept project, we aim to investigate the potential of these compounds to be further developed as anti-cancer agents.
We will determine their potential to inhibit the proliferation breast cancer and colon cancer cell lines and possible additional activity against other solid tumors.
