MYCOCIRCLE focuses on transforming fungal biomass into sustainable alternatives for animal-derived materials used in cosmetics and agrochemicals. The project aims to develop innovative processes for extracting high-value products from fungal waste, addressing ethical and environmental concerns.
Animal-derived materials are surprisingly widespread in everyday products.
