The myCopter project aims to develop a personal air transport system using Personal Aerial Vehicles for urban travel. It focuses on creating autonomous flying vehicles that can operate without traditional air traffic control, enhancing urban mobility and addressing ground transportation congestion.
Considering the prevailing congestion problems with ground-based transportation and the anticipated growth of traffic in the coming decades, a major challenge is to find solutions that combine the best of ground-based and air-based transportation.
