The MyFUN project trains young scientists to explore how visual feedback influences eye growth, particularly focusing on myopia in children. It aims to understand the triggers of myopia and develop potential interventions to mitigate its progression.
The proposed ETN “Myopia: fundamental understanding needed” (MyFUN) provides an international, interdisciplinary platform to train young scientists at the interface of physics and biology, to study unresolved questions about the visual control of eye growth.
