NanoAthero aims to demonstrate the clinical feasibility of nanosystems for targeted imaging and treatment of advanced atherosclerosis. These nanosystems combine imaging agents and therapeutic drugs to improve diagnosis and treatment in high-risk cardiovascular patients.
