The Nanocoat project focuses on enhancing aluminium anodisation processes to create advanced nanostructured materials. By developing new methodologies and equipment, it aims to improve the performance of coatings and meet market demands in surface engineering.
The objective of the proposed research is to develop improved functionality and new coating applications for aluminium anodisation processes in surface engineering.
Project will advance recent innovations towards preparation of ordered nanoporous, nanostructured materials using anodisation methods and applying them to develop commercially relevant novel materials and address the market potential for these improved materials.
