NANORIGO aims to establish a comprehensive framework for managing risks associated with nanotechnology. By integrating scientific data and stakeholder communication, the project seeks to create effective strategies for assessing and regulating the safety of nanomaterials throughout their lifecycle.
The main objective of NANORIGO (NANOtechnology RIsk GOvernance) is to develop and implement a transparent, transdisciplinary and science-based Risk Governance Framework (RGF) for managing nanotechnology risks regarding social, environmental and economic benefits.
