The NanoSil4Cancer project aims to develop smart nanoparticles for targeted cancer therapy, enhancing drug delivery while minimizing side effects. This technology focuses on creating pH-sensitive pro-drugs that release medication specifically in cancer cells.
NanoSil4Cancer project will be able to accelerate the uptake of nanotechnologies, by developing, mesoporous silica-based prototypes of nano-vehicles, according to an innovative and proprietary approach (EP06745236), active in smart chemotherapy.
