This project aims to enhance understanding of membrane proteins and their interactions with lipids using advanced structural and biophysical techniques. It focuses on antibiotic structures, lipopeptide interactions, and protein assembly.
Understanding membrane protein structure, interaction between these proteins and lipids, and how membrane proteins assemble in the membrane are as of yet unsolved problems of structural biology.
