Summary

This project focuses on developing a scalable network solution for data centers, addressing the growing demands for bandwidth and low latency. It combines electronic and optical technologies to enhance inter-datacenter connectivity and optimize resource allocation.

Objective

Datacentre traffic is experiencing 2-digit growth challenging the scalability of current network architectures.

The new concept of disaggregation exacerbates bandwidth and latency demands whereas emerging cloud business opportunities urge for reliable inter-datacenter networking.
