This project focuses on creating a neuromorphic chip that enhances machine learning capabilities while significantly reducing power consumption. The chip will support on-chip learning and facilitate the development of large neural processing systems for various applications.
We propose to fabricate a chip implementing a neuromorphic architecture that supports state-of-the-art machinelearning algorithms and spike-based learning mechanisms.
