NOVAMEAT is creating next-generation alternative proteins using tissue engineering and 3D printing. Their micro-extrusion process mimics the structure of traditional meat, offering sustainable and varied nutritional profiles without soy, aimed at reducing environmental impact.
Due to the current overpopulation, climate change and aggressive animal farming problems, there is an urgent need for the next generation of alternative proteins meat.
