The NEXUS-MONARC project enhances the capabilities of staff at the University of Athens to improve environmental monitoring of the marine ecosystem in the Hellenic Volcanic Arc. It focuses on addressing various human and natural stressors through knowledge sharing, citizen science, and collaboration with stakeholders.
The NEXUS-MONARC project proposes a set of capacity building actions targeting to advance the profile of staff at the department of geology and geoenvironment and collaborating groups at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
