This project explores the use of metamaterials to study wave physics, particularly focusing on exceptional points and their implications for wave phenomena. The research aims to enhance the understanding of tunable materials for future applications.
Metamaterials is a new class of materials constructed from artificial atoms with their optical properties often come from the underlying structures instead of the composing materials.
They can therefore be flexibly designed to achieve particular optical functions.
