This project focuses on achieving a balance between economic development and biodiversity conservation through the 'No Net Loss' principle. It aims to create a database of interventions and develop models to understand how to maintain biodiversity alongside development.
We are evidently currently witnessing an ongoing loss of global biodiversity, caused largely by anthropogenic activity, and thought to be resulting in a loss of associated ecosystem services.
