This project focuses on developing a portable device for preserving human organs, such as kidneys and livers, under optimal conditions. It aims to extend preservation times and improve organ viability, addressing the shortage of available organs for transplantation.
Organ transplantation is the best available technique for the treatment of end-stage failure of most essential organs.
