The NOVELOG project aims to improve urban freight and service transport through data-driven insights and practical tools. It focuses on developing effective policies and measures for sustainable logistics in cities, enhancing stakeholder collaboration and best practices.
Urban areas represent the greatest challenges for freight transport and service trips, both in terms of goods distribution and service allocation performance, and environmental impacts (air emission, traffic congestion, road safety, accidents and noise).
