This project investigates the use of nanovoids and nanodots in silicon-based solar cells to improve light absorption. The project aims at exploring the use of nanovoids and nanodots prepared as plasmonic structures to enhance the efficiency of Si single-crystalline photovoltaic (PV) devices.
