This project analyzes the fluctuations in Iran's nuclear policy, focusing on the internal dynamics of its government. It aims to understand how shifts in power within the regime influence Iran's cooperation or defiance towards international norms and sanctions.
Iran’s nuclear program continues to concern scholars and policy-makers alike.
In particular, the relative changes over time in the behavior of the Iranian regime over its nuclear program are further puzzling.
Whereas during some periods Iran seems cooperative toward the international community, at other times Iran displays a defiant status.
