NutriTech aims to enhance understanding of the diet-health relationship using advanced technologies like genomics and metabolomics. The project focuses on how diet affects metabolic flexibility and homeostasis, with applications in nutrition research and human health.
NutriTech will build on the foundations of traditional human nutrition research using cutting-edge analytical technologies and methods to comprehensively evaluate the diet-health relationship and critically assess their usefulness for the future of nutrition research and human well-being.
