This project focuses on developing semiconductor nanowires for use as multifunctional sensors and force transducers. By leveraging the unique properties of these nanostructures, the project aims to enhance techniques in scanning force microscopy and create advanced quantum devices.
Advances in growth and fabrication of semiconductor nanostructures have led to both the production of exquisitely sensitive force transducers and the development of solid-state quantum devices.
