This project explores the impact of ontological diversity on environmental education in Europe, particularly in Barcelona and Havana. It aims to identify barriers to effective learning and promote diverse perspectives by integrating concepts from theology and religious studies into environmental education practices.
Working as an environmental education (EE) facilitator I can attest to the fact that a feeling of urgency, detachment, helplessness and lack of alternatives tends to be a common reaction when working with EE in the European context.
This has led me to question the factors that influence the learning process within EE.
