The Oils4my project focuses on converting volatile fatty acids from anaerobic fermentation into microbial oils using engineered yeast and photosynthetic microorganisms. This approach aims to create a sustainable alternative to fossil fuel-derived products, enhancing the viability of microbial oil production.
