The OLITREVA project focuses on enhancing research capabilities in Palestine to address environmental issues caused by olive oil production. It aims to strengthen local research centers through collaboration with European institutions, promoting sustainable practices in olive mill waste treatment.
As for the whole Mediterranean, for thousands of years, the olive tree has been an integral part of the Palestinian landscape: a symbol of Palestinian identity, culture and tradition.
