OMICSENS seeks to create a novel omics measurement platform to enhance the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer by detecting resistance to targeted therapies. The project aims to develop a miniaturized biosensor for real-time cancer diagnostics.
OMICSENS aims to develop a radically new omics measurement platform that would be initially applied to improve non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) prognosis by ensuring a timely and accurate detection of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI) resistance associated to Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) mutations.
