This project aims to engineer a new bacterial species, Vaccinobacter, to produce effective vaccines using outer membrane vesicles. It focuses on overcoming current limitations in vaccine development to enhance immune responses against complex pathogens and cancer.
This proposal intends to apply Synthetic Biology to create a new bacterial species, Vaccinobacter, devoted to the production of multivalent, highly effective vaccines.
