OncoSeq aims to develop a novel system for analyzing immune cells in tumors, using advanced microfluidics and sequencing technologies. This will enable high-throughput analysis for better cancer prognosis and immunotherapy strategies.
Host immunity plays a central and complex role in tumour progression, and the quality and quantity of immune infiltrate at the tumour site is used as a prognostic marker of cancer progression.
